Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:
‍Thank you for your purchase of the REMplenish Kit. We hope you are happy with this product, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. We also have a 3-month nozzle warranty. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

‍3-MONTH NOZZLE WARRANTY
If your REMplenish nozzle fails within the first 3 months of purchase, we will replace it once for free. Before we replace it, you must first submit a photo of the damage and a description of how the failure occurred.

‍RETURNS
‍All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date.

‍RETURN PROCESS
‍To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address: REMastered Sleep LLC

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

‍REFUNDS
‍After receiving your return, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
